Frequently Asked Questions

In stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Products will ship via United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary according to your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. Simply click the link in the e-mail to track the status of your order or login to your account and go to my Orders. You can see your tracking information there and click to the get the most updated information.

1) Select your student's school. Check the sizing chart first and measure your student before ordering.
2) Select the appropriate size Shirt and Pants and add to cart. Click view cart to confirm the accuracy.
3) Click Register to Sign up for an Account. It will ask you to provide your shipping and billing address.
4) After you have created an account by entering your email and selecting your password, you will be directed to the payment section. Please enter your payment details and click to the final step to review your order.
5) Ensure you order accuracy and then click 'Check Out'.
Good Hearts Gear has a 15-day exchange / return policy after you receive your order. CLICK HERE for more information and to start an exchange or return.
Please allow 4-6 business for delivery after shipping. If your order has still not been delivered after this time, please contact us via e-mail or chat and provide us your order number.
If your order arrived and the items inside the package are damaged, please immediately take a photo and contact us via chat or e-mail. We will work to resolve your issue promptly.

Yes, all Polo shirts come pre-shrunk.

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange through the Good Hearts Gear Returns Center.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No. Sale items (marked with a FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS) and items purchased with a gift card are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes. Approved returns are subject to an $8.95 return shipping and handling fee, which is deducted from your refund. Approved Exchanges are subject to a $6.95 shipping and handling fee. If the return is due to a Good Hearts Gear error, the fee will be waived.

Yes. All returns must be shipped using the return label provided through the Returns Center. Returns sent using another shipping method will not be refunded.

Yes—but only items that were selected and approved for return in the Returns Center may be included in the return package. Any unapproved items will not be processed or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.

Every purchase made through Good Hearts Gear contributes directly to your school’s fund, providing meaningful support for initiatives and resources that enhance the student experience.
The sizing chart for your shirt or pants is located on the product page where you select your size. It should be a pop-out on the right hand side that says 'Sizing Chart'. Click the button and the sizing chart will appear.
You have 60 minutes from the time you place your order to make any edits to your purchase or shipping address. You can also cancel your order in this time frame. Please see the Order Confirmation Email and Click "View or Edit Your Order". You can also access this on the order confirmation page and in your orders under you account.
